Style at Home recommends these 10 kitchen items to help promote a healthy kitchen and healthy lifestyle. I promised myself that I would take bigger steps to being healthier. I've successfully stopped drinking coffee (after a 2-week withdrawal with terrible headaches, I finally feel great) and I make sure to dedicate time every day to pilates and/or yoga. My next step will be to make sure I have all of these 10 recommendations in my kitchen, with the except of the steam oven which is out of reach for me. I will instead add a juicer to my list.
