Casablanca is the biggest city in Morocco and has always represented modernity and a view on the future, at the contrary of other old cities of the country which are finding themselves prisoners of their own rich past and keep being only a destination for tourists, therefore surviving thanks to tourism. Casablanca is free of any obligation to respect an establishment from the past and therefore it's a city moving forward with great ambitions and positivism. Building a Super Mall on 200.000 m2, with 14 millions visitors expected in 2011, 40 cafés and restaurants, Ice skating complex, aquarium, bowling, cinéma, Hyper market and plenty of shops...etc reflects the city's dynamism. Surely, it is going to be more attractive and beneficial to locals than tourists. Casablanca represents the future and not the past and so it should be...
